在线旅游网站质量对用户满意度的影响驱动机制研究:新媒体的调节效应

摘要:

从在线旅游网站质量视角出发,基于刺激—机体—反应理论和技术接受模型理论构建结构方程模型,分析在线旅游网站质量对用户满意度的影响机制,探析了新媒体对用户认知和用户满意度之间关系的调节机制。研究结果显示,在线旅游网站质量对用户认知风险性、认知易用性和认知有用性有显著影响,认知风险性和认知有用性对用户满意度有显著影响,用户满意度对使用忠诚有显著影响,新媒体对在线旅游网站用户认知和用户满意度之间的关系起负向调节作用。

Abstract:

On the basis of the Stimulus-Organism-Response Model and the Technology Acceptance Model,the current study constructs a structural equation model and analyzes the mechanism through which the quality of online travel websites influences user satisfaction and explores the moderating effect of new media on the relationship between user cognition and user satisfaction. The results show that the quality of online travel websites has a significant impact on users' perceived risk,perceived ease of use,and perceived usefulness. Perceived risk and perceived usefulness exert significant effect on user satisfaction,and user satisfaction significantly affects user loyalty. New media plays a negative moderating role in the relationship between user cognition and user satisfaction in the context of online travel websites.
